Curry Potatoes Duck
1. Wash and clean these duck legs, and then cut it into dice for usage;
2. Peel potatoes and cut it into dices, clean it for using;
3. Peel carrot and clean it, cut it into dice for reserve;
4. Prepare curry;
5. Heat vegetable oil until eight mature; and pour duck legs, stir and fry on the big fire until the duck legs’ color was changed;
6. When the duck oil from out of duck, pour carrot dices, stir and fry for 2 minutes on medium fire;
7. And then add potatoes dices, stir and fry evenly on big fire;
8. Pour a right amount of water, boiled it using big fire, cover the pot for 15 minutes on medium fire;
9. When the soup is thick and white, add curry, stew cook for 5 minutes on a small fire;
10. When the soup is left one third amount, take it out on the plate, or cover on the rice, that’s it.

Chinese Coca-cola Chicken Wings
Ingredients
8 (about 320grams)mid joint chicken wings
200 ml regular Coca-Cola (not diet or flavoured Coke)
200 ml water
3 cloves garlic, sliced
4 slices ginger
3 dried red chilies & 1 star anise
1 tbsp cooking wine
1 tsp light soy sauce
Instructions
1. Wash the chicken wings and boil them. When the water boil, get the chicken wings out of the pot and drain them well.
2. Heat non-stick pan. Add 2 tbsps oil and when hot, add the chicken wings. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
3. Remove the chicken wings and keep.
4. In the same pan over medium heat, add the dried red chilies (break each into half), star anise,garlic and ginger. Lightly fry until fragrant.
5. Add the chicken wings.And then add the light soy sauce, coca-cola and cooking wine. Bring the mixture to a boil.
6. Lower the heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the sauce is reduced to a thick & sticky syrup, turning once halfway.
7.Transfer to a plate and enjoy your coca cola chicken wings.

Mexican Rice Recipe
Ingredients
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup uncooked long-grain rice
1/4 of a medium onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup tomato sauce
2 cups chicken broth
Mexican_Rice
Directions
1. Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat and add rice.
2. Add rice and cook with the garlic for about 5 minutes or until rice becomes a golden brown color. While rice is cooking, sprinkle with salt and cumin.
3. Stir in onions and cook until tender. Stir in tomato sauce and chicken broth; bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes. Fluff with a fork.

Honey Baked Chicken Recipe

Apple Sandwiches
Ingredients For Making Apple Sandwiches
1 tablespoon rolled oats
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons unsweetened peanut butter
3/4 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon raisins
1 medium apple
Directions
☆ Combine the oats and cinnamon in a dry skillet over medium heat and toast, stirring occasionally, until the oats are golden. Cool before using.
☆ Mix together the peanut butter and honey.
☆ Core and slice the apple into 6 rounds.(If you don’t have an apple corer, you can slice the apple first and then cut out the centers with a small cookie cutter or knife.)
☆ Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on 3 of the apple slices and sprinkle with raisins and oats. Top with the remaining apple slices to form sandwiches.

Make Indian Curry Chicken Dices Soup
500g drumsticks,
50g carrot,
50g potato,
20g outermost layer of skin,
Directions:
1. Debone drumsticks, and cut drumsticks into small dices, then add a small amount of salt,cooking wine, green onion, ginger, dry starch, and pickle them for 15 minutes;
2. Cut carrot and potato into cubes, cut outermost layer of skin into strips;
3. Heatcooking oil until hot, fry green onion and ginger, and pour the pickled chicken dices;
4. Stirring Fry chicken dices until the color is changed, pour cooking wine and soy sauce, continue to stirring fry for a while, then take it out for using;
5. Heat vegetable oil until hot, pour carrot, potato and outermost layer of skin to stirring fry for a moment, at the same time, add a small amount of salt;
6. Add fried chicken dices, stirring fry evenly;
7. Add a tbsp of Indian curry; pour a right amount of water to boil it;
8. Pour them into marmite, cooking 15 minutes with small and medium-sized fire;
9. When the ingredients is soften and mature, soup is thick, put green onion into it, that’s ok.

Yolk Apple Pie
Ingredients For Making Apple Pies
300g Flour Two apples
5g Baking powder amount of sugar powder
6g yeast powder Amount of shredded coconut
1/2 lemon
Yolk Apple Pie Making Directions
1. With warm water dissolving yeast powder, and then mix it with baking powder and flour, until the dough feels elastic.
2. Peeling and slicing the apples into pieces, adding the right amount of sugar into the lemon juice.
3. Roll the dough into round, anointing with oil in the bottom of the faction disk, and then put the bread in the pie plate, and firm some holes in the top of it.
4. Rub some eggs on the pie crust, then put some coconut block above it, after that, recapture some apple pieces and throw into a layer of shredded coconut.
5. Finally, throw some powder sugar into the apple layer, covering the pie with grid.
6. Put it into the preheated oven, lit 230 degrees and bake for 25 minutes, before baking, coated it with egg yolk on the top, then baking it for another two minutes, it will be OK.
7. Use the pizza knife to slice it, eat it with the whole family, 10 inch pie tin can for 4-5 persons, if there is no pie dish, with a pizza plate or bread plate.

Make Peanut Butter Cups
Ingredients
16 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup creamy natural peanut butter
2 tbsp butter, softened
1.75 oz confectioner's sugar (1/4 cup+2 tbsp), sifted
Yield: Makes 12-18 peanut butter cups (depends on how thick you make the layers)
Directions

1. Line a standard 12 cup muffin tin with paper cupcake liners.
2. Melt half the chocolate either in a double boiler (the safer method) or in the microwave (the more dangerous, but easier/lazier method). I opt for the latter.
3. Distribute the melted chocolate into the 12 muffin tins. If the chocolate does not lie flat, drop the pan repeatedly on the counter, and it will flatten and smooth itself out. Place the pan in the freezer for 15 minutes.
4. In the meantime, whip the peanut butter and confectioner's sugar together with a hand mixer until mixed and light. Taste it and make sure the sweetness is to your liking. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes.

5. Melt the last 1/2lb of chocolate, and portion small spoonfuls of chocolate into the cups, one cup at a time, immediately dropping the pan repeatedly on the counter to flatten each cup. In my experience of making these, the chill from the peanut butter (because it was just in the freezer) will harden up that top layer of chocolate very quickly, so you must flatten out the tops immediately after you pour the chocolate into each cup. Place the peanut butter cups in the freezer for 15 minutes to set the top layer of chocolate.

Make Smoky Sweet Potato Burgers
Ingredients
2 cups coarsely mashed sweet potatoes (or yams), about 2 large potatoes
2 bulbs of roasted garlic
1 cup cannellini benas (rinsed and drained if canned)
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
1/3 cup oat flour (or all-purpose, wheat, etc)
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 1/2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon cumin
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
1 avocado, sliced
2/3 cup plain greek yogurt or sour cream
1 teaspoon maple syrup
extra salt and pepper for seasoning yogurt/cream
4 whole wheat buns
Directions
1. Garlic processing--- to roast garlic, I like to roast a few bulbs at once (like 4-5) to have for the week.
2. Potato processing--- pierce potatoes (I used 2 large) all over with a fork and place on a paper towel, setting in the microwave. Microwave for 5 minutes, then flip and cook for 5 minutes more. Remove, slice the potato in half and let cool until you can scoop out the flesh.
3. Burger Preparation: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Roast sweet potatoes for 45 minutes and cool. Peel sweet potatoes and set aside (left over sweet potatoes work well in this step as well). In a large saute pan, saute onions and garlic in olive oil over medium heat. In a large bowl, add sweet potatoes, onion, garlic, and all other remaining ingredients. Make 6-8 patties. Pan sear sweet potato patties in skillet, then bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
4. Assemble by topping burgers with roasted garlic cream and avocado! We also used caramelized red onion one night and it was delicious.

2 potato, sliced paper thin (peel optional)
1/2 tablespoon salt/pepper
Ketchup/tomato pastaDirections
1. First washing and peeling the potatoes, then slicing the peeled potatoes into potato chips.
2. Then put the sliced potatoes into hot water for a few minutes to filtering the starch, making the fried potato chips a bright colour.
3. Then fish our the chips to drain off the water. You can put the left chips into refrigerator for next time use.
4. Use kitchen paper to remove the surface water of the chips for the following frying process.
5. Add oil to the frying pans, when the oil becomes 6 into hot, put the dewatered chips for frying. When the potato chips colour turns yellow, fish them out and add some salt, some other seasoning if you like.
